Alicia Garcia-Abner, President & CEO

As President and CEO of Trinal, Inc., Ms. Garcia-Abner is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company.
Additionally, she is responsible for the immediate supervision of the Director of Operations, the General Manager, Project Managers and the Information Technology and New Product Development Manager.
Her expertise is in construction and project management, professional services related to procurement policy and procedures, and contract compliance monitoring.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting in the marketing of the various consulting services to be rendered to both public and private entities; negotiating terms and conditions of contracts; responsible for the management oversight of specific projects from inception to completion, while ensuring quality control measures are in place.
Tammi Davis, Chief of Operations

As the Chief of Operations at Trinal, Inc. Ms. Davis is responsible for the general oversight and supervision of the senior project managers, project managers, data processing coordinators, data processing personnel and subcontractor relationships. Ms. Davis provides quality control and project management duties in the areas of data authentication, compliance monitoring and reporting, and program evaluation and development. Ms. Davis assists in formulating standards and procedures while evaluating and streamlining processes. Additionally she ensures that our clients’ objectives are met by identifying and implementing client management performance measures. Additionally, she is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of business to business and workforce diversity programs.
Gladys Rodriquez, General Manager

Ms. Rodriguez-McCullough is currently the General Manager, at Trinal, Inc. She is responsible for the management and coordination of all projects. She ensures that client issues and concerns are addressed and that projects meet time schedules and projected deadlines. In addition, she is responsible for addressing all MBE/WBE; affirmative action related issues and concerns for clients, which have implemented such programs. She performs workshops and training sessions involving the implementation of MBE/WBE, city Residency and EEO related programs.
