September 2nd, 2015 — On August 27th – 29th, The American Contracting Compliance Association (ACCA), a nonprofit national organization, hosted its 29th annual training program in West Palm Beach, Florida, in efforts to support economic diversity and training.

Among the hundreds in attendance from different states was Trinal, Inc., a small minority and women-owned diversity and inclusion consulting company from Chicago, Illinois. Trinal was instrumental in expanding the perspective of diversity with its reintroduction of its best-in-class, cloud-based, locally built software solution, called Global Project Tracking System (GPTS ®) . “I appreciate working with competent people who take pride in the work they produce. Thank you Trinal for your presence at the 2015 ACCA Convention! It wouldn’t have been the same without you!” Lorraine E. Aldridge.

Trinal was instrumental in expanding the perspective of diversity in the workplace, even amongst its largest competitors. Trinal provided the framework for diversity and inclusion through dozens of presentations exhibiting the GPTS ® , which is designed to monitor affirmative action, workforce hiring, city residency, and local/non-local diversity business programs.

Trinal was a proud “Bronze” sponsor and award recipient for ACCA’s 2015 training event. Trinal was successful in presenting the #TriGreen campaign filled with event photos through its Facebook.com/trinalinc company page. Trinal’s fresh look at diversity campaign displays current ways and perspectives from professionals of all races, ages, and gender groups. Trinal continues to find ways to provide a wide range of diversity consulting services to assist clients with their overall procurement policies and economic development initiatives. Trinal is a small business in a competitive industry and has proven to be a dynamic source for diversity.
